PM Modi: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने शनिवार 31 अगस्त को राजधानी नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में जिला न्यायपालिका के दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन के उद्घाटन समारोह को संबोधित किया. पीएम मोदी ने कहा, “सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 75 साल, यह सिर्फ एक संस्था की यात्रा नहीं है. यह भारत के संविधान और उसके संवैधानिक मूल्यों की यात्रा है. यह लोकतंत्र के रूप में भारत के और अधिक परिपक्व होने की यात्रा है.”

महिलाओं पर अत्याचार और बच्चों की सुरक्षा समाज की गंभीर चिंताएं- PM Modi

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा, “आज महिलाओं पर अत्याचार, बच्चों की सुरक्षा समाज की गंभीर चिंताएं हैं. महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए देश में कई सख्त कानून बनाए गए हैं, लेकिन हमें इसे और अधिक सक्रिय बनाने की जरूरत है. महिलाओं पर अत्याचार से जुड़े मामलों में जितनी तेजी से फैसले लिए जाएंगे, आधी आबादी को सुरक्षा का उतना ही बड़ा भरोसा मिलेगा.”

न्याय में तेजी के लिए किए कई काम- PM Modi

प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा, “न्याय में देरी को खत्म करने के लिए पिछले एक दशक में कई स्तरों पर काम हुआ है. पिछले 10 वर्षों में देश ने न्यायिक बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास के लिए लगभग 8 हजार करोड़ रुपये खर्च किए हैं. पिछले 25 वर्षों में न्यायिक बुनियादी ढांचे पर जितनी राशि खर्च की गई, उसका 75 प्रतिशत पिछले 10 वर्षों में ही खर्च किया गया है.”

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने कहा, “आजादी के अमृतकाल में 140 करोड़ देशवासियों का एक ही सपना है – विकसित भारत, नया भारत यानी – सोच और संकल्प में आधुनिक भारत. हमारी न्यायपालिका इस विजन का एक मजबूत स्तंभ है.”
